The Kirishi Industrial Complex (Kirishinefteorgsintez) is one of Russia's most advanced refineries and the primary source of UTN's product portfolio. Located in Kirishi, Leningradskaya Oblast, the refinery is directly connected to the Transneft pipeline system, enabling efficient product flow from the Urals and Siberian oil fields to the refinery and onwards to the Primorsk and Ust-Luga export terminals.
The facility produces petroleum products that meet and exceed international quality standards, including motor fuels, aromatics, liquid paraffin, roofing and insulation materials. Diesel fuel, jet fuel, roofing materials, and bitumens produced here fully comply with international quality requirements.
