Uraltransneft Co. Ltd. (UTN) was established in 2007 in Russia as a physical trader of crude oil and petroleum products. While trading remains at our core, we have strategically invested in midstream and downstream assets to build a platform for international expansion.

Uraltransneft's competitive foundation rests on two strategic pillars: operational access to Transneft OAO's pipeline network and direct partnerships with Russia's premier refineries. The Transneft system encompasses over 70,000 kilometres of trunk oil pipelines connecting Russia's producing and refining regions to major export terminals on the Baltic Sea, Black Sea, and Pacific coast.

Our long-standing relationships with world-class refineries — particularly Kirishinefteorgsintez in the Leningrad Region and Khabarovsk NPZ in Russia's Far East — provide direct access to refined petroleum products. Combined with our operational approvals and scheduling agreements with Transneft OAO, this creates a seamless supply chain from refinery to international customer.

This integrated model allows UTN to offer global clients supply security, cost efficiency, and complete transparency — backed by tangible infrastructure and production capacity rather than paper agreements alone.
